RÉF. LL-LITE
Bottle retention with no screw and no bracket: the loop attaches directly to the bottle cage. One-handed extraction.

Description
The retention system for triathlon and time trial: keeps the bottle in place on rough roads, accelerations and rear positions, without hindering extraction in a race.
There are rides where the bottle jumps out. A pothole, an acceleration, a road joint — and your fuel is on the ground. In a race, that's a penalty and dehydration. That's exactly the problem the Loop Lab™ Lite solves.
No base, no screw: the elastic loop wraps around a bar of your bottle cage with a lark's head knot, and the clip sits on the bottle's nozzle. The elastic length is set during fitting to suit standard and aero bottles.

A good retention system must not complicate access. Extraction remains possible with one hand, without looking, without breaking the motion — a non-negotiable condition when riding in aero position at 45 km/h.
Fitting takes 5 steps, with no tool needed to attach it: all it needs is a free bar at the top of the cage. Scissors and a lighter to finish the elastic. No modification to the frame or the cage.
Same clip and elastic as the Loop Lab™ 2.0, designed by engineer-athletes and race-proven — including rear setups, where the ejection risk is highest.
Design
The loop follows the bottle neck along its whole curve instead of pinching it at one point. Load is spread, the bottle doesn't deform, and retention stays constant even as the plastic fatigues.
The carbon-reinforced material gives the stiffness needed for a firm hold, with enough elastic return for one-handed extraction.
One-handed extraction, without looking.
Compatible with standard and aero bottles.
Attaches directly, no screw, no bracket.
Details
Four parts, zero screws.
Questions
Will it fit my bottle cage?+
It needs a free bar at the top of the cage to wrap the loop around. Unsure? Send us a photo of your cage before ordering.
Which bottles are compatible?+
The elastic length is set during fitting to hold bottles from 500 ml to 1 L, standard or aero. We recommend the Van Rysel XL 950 ml Fastflow bottle: see the bottle →
Lite or 2.0: which one?+
The retention system is the same. The Lite attaches directly to a cage bar, with no screw. The 2.0 mounts under the cage with a bracket and a washer, on the cage's screw. See the Loop Lab™ 2.0 →
Race-proven?+
The clip and elastic are those of the Loop Lab™ 2.0, developed and tested with athletes in race conditions — rear setups included.
How long does fitting take?+
5 steps, with no tool to attach it. You'll need scissors and a lighter to trim and seal the elastic. Printed instructions and an assembly video are included.
